Job DescriptionOverseeing site security teams and reporting to the Regional Security Director, the Senior Manager Security will collaborate extensively with local, regional and global partners in the delivery and implementation of the physical security program at sites across the country.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Management and oversight for the implementation, maintenance and development of consistent security programs, procedures, systems and technology, across all sites within country, ensuring the security and safety of Western Digital personnel, visitors, facilities, data and assets

Provide effective management and leadership to on-site security teams, including supporting the development, growth and performance of their team

Work closely with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive, consistent, compliant security training and awareness program across sites

Managerial responsibility for site security performance, KPI’s and performance metrics. Oversight of site security financial budget planning and forecasting

Develop and implement improvement strategies through data analytics and use of emerging technology.

Collaborate, communicate and engage with multiple local, regional and global security partners and stakeholders, developing effective working relationships to ensure superior operational outcomes, security service delivery and policy alignment

Oversee delivery of physical security and CapEx projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment to specified strategic objectives, timelines and budget constraints

Proactively identify security good practice, gaps, vulnerabilities, driving improvement and development across all areas of security delivery, related capital projects, supported events and requests from other business units

Provide managerial support to multiple internal and external site audits and compliance processes, including the tracking, monitoring and delivery of improvement measures aligned to findings

Occasional country and regional travel to support sites
