About the Team
IT Operations and Cyber Security Team are part of the Facilities Management department within Sydney Airport’s Operations group. The Team are responsible for the operational support and delivery of key IT services including the IT Service Desk, end user compute services, network and hosting infrastructure, Cyber Security, Service Management and Architectural processes to support functions across the business including Airport Operations, Commercial, Retail, Finance, HR, Safety, Sustainability and Environment.

About the role
The Senior Manager, Service Delivery is responsible for leading governance, service operations, and process improvement across a range of IT functions. This role focuses on enhancing service delivery, managing a team, and collaborating with various departments to drive high standards in IT service delivery and service management.
Through strong leadership and direction, the incumbent will identify and deliver service optimization initiatives, driving high performance and best practice customer-centric service within the team.
For the successful candidate, the role will provide experience across all facets of IT frontline support, end user computing, IT service management, vendor management, ICT procurement, budgets and costings.
