Whether you’re providing sharp unarmed coverage or operating in a specialized armed guard role, you’ll be at the heart of securing what matters.
Responsibilities:
Maintain safety and security at live events, corporate functions, and venues
Control access points, conduct screenings, and monitor crowds
Deter, detect, and respond to incidents with professionalism
Armed guards will perform high-visibility and critical protection tasks in elevated-risk settings
✅ Qualifications:
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
Active BSIS Guard Card
California Drivers License
Exceptional communication and observation skills
A professional presence and customer-service mindset
Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends)
ARMED GUARD CANDIDATES MUST ALSO HAVE:
BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (current)
Current range qualification certificate
Prior armed experience highly preferred (military, law enforcement, Corrections, or private sector)
