We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Guard to oversee security operations at our industrial facility. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our personnel and assets.
The Senior Security Guard will be responsible for managing access control, supervising security personnel, and implementing comprehensive security protocols within our industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee facility access control and security monitoring operations
Provide leadership and guidance to junior security personnel
Execute emergency response protocols and incident management
Document and report security activities and incidents
Perform regular security assessments and safety inspections
Implement and maintain security policies and procedures
Coordinate security awareness and training initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5-8 years of industrial security experience
High school diploma required; security certifications preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
Demonstrated leadership and communication capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
English language proficiency (written and verbal)
