Roles and
Responsibilities:
• Work with various internal and external technical teams in designing,
implementing, and maintaining endpoint security solutions, employing
technologies, and secure configuration management.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions for endpoint automation.
• Implement scripting strategies to streamline tasks related to endpoint
management.
• Architect and implement Ansible playbooks for configuration management.
• Design and manage Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and
deployment.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with system architects to ensure seamless integration with
existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance DevOps
practices.
• Optimize existing scripts to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Architect and implement Ansible playbooks for configuration management.
• Contribute to the development and execution of an overall automation
strategy. Identify opportunities for automation to improve system reliability,
scalability, and efficiency.
• Design, code, test, and maintain software solutions to meet organizational
requirements.
• Implement Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery
(CI/CD) pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and enhance automation workflows for optimal performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust endpoint security solutions to
protect the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Design and implement automated workflows for, ensuring swift and effective
mitigation of security risks.

• Provide subject matter expertise on, and conduct in-depth security reviews
of various Cyber Security Solutions as they are identified for use within AIA.
• Assess and recommend the adoption of emerging security solutions and
find the automation opportunities.

Minimum Job
Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (15 years) in leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PowerShell
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscape, and
risk management.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing security controls across diverse
IT environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and drive them to
successful completion.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Jenkins in an enterprise
environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to
both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
