A prestigious global organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to oversee and enhance the Travel Risk Management and Crisis Management Programmes of its Group level operations. This is a strategic position, reporting to the Head of Security & Resilience, based in Kuala Lumpur with minimal travel requirements (10%).

Key Responsibilities:
Travel Risk Management: Maintain and implement the Group Travel Risk Management Standard, ensuring safe and secure business travel for all employees. Manage relationships with external security and medical assistance providers, and monitor global events impacting travel safety.
Crisis Management: Maintain the Group Crisis Management Standard and collaborate with Local Business Units (LBUs) to ensure adherence. Support LBU crisis teams through training, coordination, and real-time crisis response.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective risk mitigation. Deliver training and promote travel risk management strategies across the organisation.
Crisis Event Support: Lead the coordination of group-level crisis events and provide strategic oversight during incidents, ensuring post-crisis reviews and follow-up actions.
Experience & Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in travel security risk management and crisis event coordination.
University degree in security risk management, international relations, business resilience, or a related field.
Proven expertise in crisis management, travel security programme oversight, and liaison with external security and medical providers.
Desirable Background:
Service providers (travel security/crisis management), financial services, consultancy, or high-volume travel industries.
Experience in developing and implementing travel security programmes and crisis preparedness plans.
Strong communication, training, and presentation skills. – Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
