Summary
We are seeking a Response Officer to join our team at Marina Securities Services, Inc. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and security of our clients through effective surveillance and rapid response strategies. The Response Officer will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations effectively.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
Manage conflicts with professionalism and de-escalate potential threats.
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to maintain visibility and deter criminal activity.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required, maintaining clear communication during incidents.
Requirements
Must be 18 + with a current CA guard card
Must have a valid driver license
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends.
Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
