SAIC is seeking a Senior Level Strategic Integrator. Assist with developing, improving, and promulgating nuclear safety, security, accountability, control, reliability, emergency/disaster response and recovery, and training for U.S and allied partner forces. This position provides integration between the DTRA Nuclear Enterprise Directorate and other DTRA Directorates. This position is onsite at Ft. Belvoir.
Responsibilities:
Provide Senior-level Projects Support to the Nuclear Enterprise (NE). Requires strategic forward-thinker with experience interfacing daily with senior DoD and interagency leaders. This includes:
· Assist in developing and implementing NE short- and long-term goals
· Advising and assisting with Strategic planning of NE initiatives and the coordination of these efforts
· Advising and assisting in the development of NE vision, goals, priorities and objectives
· Assisting in identifying key issues and potential areas and opportunities where NE can provide assistance, support, and/or providing recommendations to assist with internal/external customers’ requirements/programs
· Overseeing daily management of the NE Front Office A&AS contractor workforce to include manpower, budget, travel, etc.
· Providing administrative and staff support, as required
· Provide oversight of the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) actions
· Liaison between DTRA Nuclear Enterprise (NE) and other DTRA Directorates
· Assist in development of Strategic Plans in support of Geographic Combatant Command Operations Plans and Concept Plans
· Assist in strategic planning of NE initiatives and the coordination of these efforts. Provide subject matter expertise on DTRA NE capabilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s and five years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience with Military Decision-Making Process.
Experience developing Strategic Plans and Operations Orders.
Experience with Exercise planning.
Knowledge of DTRA and the Department of Defense.
Experience managing senior level, GO/SES, office support staff.
Poised speaker comfortable interacting with Senior Government Leaders.
Must have a TS clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI
SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
