Full Job Description
OBOSE Tech is seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Security Specialist to bolster our cybersecurity endeavors. The ideal candidate will boast extensive experience in analyzing and defining security requirements, coupled with a proven track record of leadership in managing cybersecurity analyst teams. This includes overseeing work product evaluation and reporting to executive management.
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Moreover, candidates should possess specialized expertise in defining computer security requirements for high-level applications and tackling Multilevel Security (MLS) challenges. Certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Cyber Forensic Professional (CCFP) is essential.
Furthermore, practical experience in implementing NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and/or NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), along with familiarity with NIST 800-53 controls, is highly valued. A background in project management within the cybersecurity realm is crucial for ensuring successful project deliveries.

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in analysis and definition of security requirements.
A minimum of three (3) year’s experience leading or managing cybersecurity analyst teams including the review and approval of their work products and reporting to executive management.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
At least five (5) years of specialized experience in defining computer security requirements for high-level applications, evaluation of approved security product capabilities, and developing solutions to Multilevel Security (MLS) problems.
Be a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Cyber Forensic Professional (CCFP).
At least two (2) years practical experience with implementing NIST CSF and/or NIST RMF including NIST 800-53 controls.
A minimum of three (3) years of successful project management experience in IT related cybersecurity projects that were delivered on time and on budget.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
