We are looking for a Service Associate – Safety & Security to join our team!
We are hiring this position to support the Security team to maintain Law and Order and to procure a safe and crime free environment within the hotel premises.
As our Service Associate – Safety & Security, we will rely on you to:
Be responsible for access control and patrols
Response to emergency events according to the standard safety procedures
Maintain Hotel security and protect safety and assets of all Hotel guests, visitors, employees
Project a professional, efficient and reassuring image to all Hotel guests, visitors and employees
Respond to emergencies according to standard operating procedure (SOP) and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry.
Good command of spoken English and Malay.
Able to work independently.
Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
Natural ability to anticipate guest’s needs.
Good interpersonal skills.
Able to commit shift duty.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
