We are representing a client in the security industry to hire for a Service Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Work with customer service teams to resolve security system issues.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and system training.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Manage contract renewals and follow company service standards.
Handle troubleshooting and follow up on unresolved technical issues.
Take over service issues post-project handover.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in security systems (access control, surveillance, alarms).
Basic IT knowledge (hardware, networks, databases).
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
