The Site Protective Services Security Staff is responsible for the protection of life and property,preventionof crime and the general enforcement of company physical security policies.
Dutiesinclude routine patrol, preliminary investigation, and entry control point operations. You will provide armed response capability for security incidents and assume control over situations beyond the capabilities of the contracted guard force. This position requires maintaining knowledge of the NISPOM, ICD
705, JAFAN, and other government regulatory documents, as well as maintaining proficiency with issued firearms. You must attend firearms and defensive tactics training as scheduled and wear body armor while performing all security activities.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with peers and supervisors to solve problems.
Assist other officers to maintain high performance levels and monitor the overall security status of company facilities.
Respond to employee queries about security issues and properly handle classified materials.
Direct traffic and provide assistance at accidents and traffic hazards.
Move ill or injured adults to administer first aid and CPR.
Comply with uniform and equipment regulations per Security Forces instruction.
Qualifications You Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum of 6 years related physical security or law enforcement experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance.
Experience with firearms (handgun).
Must meet State of Arizona legal requirements to possess and/or carry Raytheon issued firearms.
Qualifications We Prefer
Bachelor’s degree.
Current DoD Secret clearance, or higher.
Knowledge of the NISPOM, JAFAN, and ICD as applicable.

Thesalary rangefor this role is 50,000 USD – 100,000 USD.
