About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Security Guard to join our team and deliver security services, supporting a client in securing property and internal high-value assets. Luxury retail experience is beneficial but not essential. If you are disciplined, reliable, and passionate about working in a high-profile environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Access control and secure the premises, including entrances, exits, and high-value merchandise areas.
Greet customers with a professional and welcoming demeanour.
Prevent theft, vandalism, and other potential risks by maintaining a strong security presence and staying alert to suspicious behaviour.
Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure a smooth and safe shopping experience for all clients.
Conduct regular security checks, including CCTV monitoring and perimeter patrols.
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, following established procedures.
Maintain detailed reports of security incidents and daily activity logs.
Assist in loss prevention strategies and support the store in inventory control processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid SIA license.
Previous experience in a security role, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of security procedures, loss prevention techniques, and incident management.
Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
Professional appearance and behaviour in line Alma standards.
