As a Site security manager you are responsible for the safety and security of the site, This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Security Manager. The Site Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing all physical security measures, including securing and guarding facilities, implementing security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, managing security personnel, developing security plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills to help develop, cultivate, and progress the security and privacy of our services . the Security operation manager will perform the following tasks at the highest level of service .
Skills & Experience:
Must be Former police officer
Train and supervise the Security Team, organize work schedules, and ensure all policies are followed
Experience in planning, organizing, and enforcing security systems
Organized and systematic approach to problem solving
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Practices to ensure the privacy, security, and integrity of data throughout the collection, access, analysis, release, and retention
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Excellent personal presentation
Job Location :
· Mostakbal City – New Cairo
Starting Salary : 13000 EGP – 2000 EGP as incentives for KPI
