If you are looking for your next professional challenge, we have an opportunity for you! As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of your site!

Located in North Bay for one of our prestigious clients, this location requires a security supervisor who has a keen ability to be professional, customer service oriented, and manage a team of staff. This role is in a busy hub, and as such, computer proficiency and high-level customer service skills are as important as your security supervisory skills. The role involves patrolling and managing incidents onsite and exemplary report writing withattention to detail.

The site supervisor will be responsible to respond and react in a manner compliant with policy and to ensure any gaps are identified as per protocol and post orders. Staff management and client interactions will be a focus, and the ability to interact on a professional level with key stakeholders is extremely important.

Experience in a lead role is a requirement, and aproven track recordof the ability to follow policy and handle pressure will be key factors inyour abilityto be chosen for this role. Attitude cannot be taught, and a positive and engaging personality with a proven ability to interact successfully with others will be paramount to your success.

Shifts:Monday to Friday  schedule with the ability to be open to hoursflexibilitywhen it is critical and needed for the site.

What does a Supervisor in North Bay do?

Plan, direct and ensure the smooth running of operations at the client’s site

Develop and implement procedures and policies for security operations

Maintain protection systems for fire, theft, and other disasters

Ensure the availability of emergency equipment

Make suggestions to improve and optimize the security service

Qualifications To Become a Supervisor In North Bay

1 to 3 years experience in personnel management in a unionized environment

Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills(English an asset)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Valid security guard license and first aid card

Available to workflexible hours

Have a clean criminal record

Be eligible to work in Canada
