The primary
purpose
of this position is to provide supervision of Per Mar Lead Officers and Security Officers at an assigned account. Supervisory duties include ensuring proper employee performance by adhering to company and client policies and procedures, training employees and assist with scheduling officers to ensure proper security is maintained at the client site according to client contract needs.

In this role, you will:
Directly supervise Lead Officers and Security Officers at assigned accounts.
Assist with scheduling Lead Officers and Security Officers at assigned accounts.
Assist with the preparation andcommunicationof post orders for the assigned site.
Assist with interviewing prospective employees for assigned accounts.
Act as liaison between assigned client and the branch office.
Assist with the resolution of client issues and complaints.
Communicate with General or Operations Manager on regular basis.
Review and ensure all payroll information is accurate for employees at the assigned account.
Oversee training of all new Lead Officers and Security Officers at assigned accounts.
Maintain, review and distribute required reports and records.
Responsible for keeping track of mileage as required by the client.
Conduct regular security post checks at the assigned account.
Enforce and maintain measures to control overtime and training costs.
Wear and maintain appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as outlined for the position and follow all PPE policies and procedures.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with the Per Mar Security Services internal/external customers (including, but not limited to: current customers, prospective customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, supervisors and management) in a mutuallyrespectfulmanner regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation and all other protected classes.
When appropriate, inform customers of Per Mar Security Services of products and services and refer business to appropriate department.
As this position develops, the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management.
