through Garda World Campus like Use of Force training   Responsibilities for Site Supervisor  Implement procedures and policies for security operations  Maintain protection systems for fire, theft, and other events  Ensure the availability of emergency equipment  Make suggestions to improve and optimize the security service  Prepare and provide daily briefing to staff starting shifts Prioritizes, direct and supervise staff, respond to incidents as needed Provide operational direction to staff responding to any occurrences onsite Conduct patrols of campus area to ensure the quality of the operation Identify potential security and safety issues hazards Training for new staff Other duties as assigned by the Account Manager.

Qualifications for Site Supervisor  1 to 3 years experience in personnel management in a unionized environment    Excellent oral and written

communication skills

   Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook    Valid BC Security License    Have a clean criminal record    Be eligible to work in Canada
