We are seeking a highly skilled SOC Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in the security domain to join our Security team. The SOC Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, investigating, and responding to security incidents, as well as enhancing our security posture through effective risk management and security awareness initiatives.
What You Will Be DoingEffective Risk Management
Ensure 100% closure of SOC alerts within SLA.
Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses (RCA).
Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and analyze alert patterns to fine-tune alerts with the SOC team.
Validate all closed SOC tickets and engage with stakeholders if RCA is unsatisfactory.
Manage and resolve CSPM Alerts Remediation.
Security Score Improvement
Enhance the security score across various domains, including suspicious categories, vulnerable assets, IAM, and responsiveness.
Predictable Standardized Environment
Identify and integrate unintegrated applications, devices, and resources with SIEM.
Achieve over 100% integration of resources with SIEM to ensure comprehensive log retrieval and insights on security events.
Culture Building & Security Awareness
Ensure 100% completion of security training for new joiners.
Conduct two semi-annual security awareness assessments for all employees.
Follow proper reminder and follow-up processes as documented.
Roll out monthly security awareness training for all employees across the organization.
What You Should Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a SOC or similar security role.
Strong understanding of SOC operations, SIEM tools, and security incident management.
Experience with security tools and platforms, including but not limited to, CSPM and CNAP.
Proven ability to conduct root cause analyses and collaborate with stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
