About us
Sparks Security is looking for security officers in the West Haven area. Applicants must possess a CT Guard Card and superior customer service skills as a prerequisite for employment. Serving our partners is our top priority. We strive to provide clients with industry safeguards and best practices in order to operate their business in the proper manner. Sparks Security will be providing on-site security and compliance services.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform security patrols of external and internal areas of locations.
Monitor surveillance and security alarm systems.
Provide assistance to business owners in emergency situations.
Keep detailed logs and records of incidents at assigned locations.
Other duties assigned by Sparks Security
Required Skills:
Military or law enforcement background preferred.
Must have a valid CT Guard Card, or Blue Card for Armed Positions.
Must have 12 months experience as a security officer.
Able to pass pre-employment background check (including fingerprint clearance) and drug test.
Able to legally operate a motor vehicle.
Able to stand and or sit for extended periods of time.
Able to work in all weather conditions and extreme temperatures.
