SOC Lead Security Officer Jobs in Thousand Oaks, CA at Securitas
Responsibilities:
– Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
– Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access
– Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as necessary
– Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious activities or incidents
– Monitor surveillance cameras and report any unusual or suspicious behavior
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required
– Complete detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and observations
Skills:
– Law enforcement experience or training is preferred
– Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices
– CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
– Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
