On-site role supporting Security Operations Center (SOC). This is a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational performance and exceptional customer experience for travel passengers.
This role oversees the delivery of end-to end services across multiple touchpoints, including ground operations, in-flight services, and third-party partnerships.
You will focus on ensuring service standards, compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in alignment with the company’s values and customer- centric mission.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of experience in service delivery or operations management within the airline or transportation industry.
Managing teams and third-party vendors.
leadership and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high pressure situations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and operational software
Key Responsibilities:
Local SOC Service operations
Management of the Team detached onsite
Prime liaison with the customer, including participation in Crisis Management (in case it is needed); – Continuous improvements in coordination with customer local teams
Customer requests coordination with stakeholders (admin, MRO, analysts, SDM, Head of SOC) and tracking until delivery
Participation in customer global planning by providing insight from the organisation´s Protect experience feedback and state-of-the-art knowledge
