We are currently seeking experienced Unarmed Security Officers to become an integral part of our team. We have positions to start immediately in the city of Inglewood, LA AND surrounding areas!!
Full times positions available for retail environment.
Positions offered – Full Time position 5 days a week
Schedule is as follows;
Monday OFF
Tuesday 11am – 830pm
Wednesday 830am – 830pm
Thursday 930am – 830pm
Friday 830am – 830pm
Saturday OFF
Sunday 1030am – 7pm
Weekly gross pay with overtime roughly $980.00
PAID WEEKLY, EVERY FRIDAY!!
DIRECT DEPOSIT AVAILABLE!!
OVERTIME DAILY!!
First 8 hours paid @ $17.50/HR (Straight Time)
Next 4 hours paid @ $26.25/HR (Overtime)
All shifts we are recruiting for are during the day, start time is usually between 830am-9am and run until 830pm-9pm depending on the specific location . There are NO graveyard shifts available for this specific detail.

***VERY IMPORTANT***
-Responsibilities:
-Monitor premises to deter theft, violence, or infractions of rules
-Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
-Documenting activities on a Daily Activity Report
-Maintain high visible presence
-Stay highly dedicated to guest services
Qualifications:
Pepper Spray & Baton Certified PREFERRED but not required.
-Previous experience in security
-Familiarity with security equipment
-Strong attention to detail
-Strong command presence
-Must have current California BSIS Guard Card
Security Officer
Duties:
– Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
– Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as a security officer or in a related field is preferred
– Knowledge of security operations and procedures
– Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
– Excellent observation and communication skills
– Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in high-pressure situations
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
