We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Security Guard to join our team in Shelton, CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
Secure all exits, doors, and windows after hours
Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
Requirements:
Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position
Trained security officer with diploma
Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
Surveillance skills and detail orientation
