Leads the analysis and solution design for digital payment products and services within the Retail Transformation agenda, ensuring alignment with customer needs, strategic goals, and regulatory requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements related to digital payments
Collaborate with product, IT, and vendor teams to implement and enhance digital payment services
Evaluate new technologies and trends in the digital payments space
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards
Support project delivery from initiation through post-implementation review
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital payments or related banking/fintech roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with APIs, payment gateways, and compliance matters is a plus
