The Role:
The Security Officer performs duties in compliance with all company and regulatory regulations and requirements.
Responsibilities:
Consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.
Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, creating positive energy and enthusiasm.
Create an atmosphere of luck and celebrate guests’ wins.
Greet guests warmly, anticipate needs, and provide fast, flawless service.
Check for satisfaction and resolve service issues effectively.
Promote programs and card memberships.
Provide warm farewells and thank guests for visiting.
Assigned to Security and Fire Command: answer phones, dispatch officers, issue controlled keys, monitor CCTV and alarms, keep logs, prepare reports, conduct investigations, and testify in court as needed.
Evaluate patrons requiring first aid or CPR and react promptly.
Ensure fire alarm systems and emergency alarms are operational, acknowledge alarms, and monitor the Fire Command Room.
Participate in all on-the-job training relevant to the Fire Command Room and communicate with the Fire Department.
Observe and report on the operation of elevators and respond to emergencies or mechanical issues.
Perform security duties as assigned and complete special tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
Good communication, organizational skills, and judgment.
