-Job Summary:
The job holder shall be responsible to implement policies and strategy for information security and best practices in support of the entity’s security information architecture while managing vulnerabilities management and remediate security issue.
-Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Implement work policies and procedures in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
2. Stay constantly informed of future trends and relevant laws and regulations.
3. Identify problems, train to prevent recurrence, and transfer knowledge.
4. Raise the technical support issues related to the security of operating systems from the second category to the higher administrative level.
5. Maintain work reports, identify and remedy problems, and assist in developing and implementing the best work in all departments of the organization.
6. Carry out basic repairs and ensure data security is protected.
7. Ensure direct technical assistance and update software for operating system security.
8. Participate in the design, development and implementation of security testing of technical products related to operating systems
9. Define requirements for change management and test activities as required.
10. Consult with users on technical changes that will affect business processes.
11. Work on several projects as a member of the team, and sometimes as a technical leader.
12. Work on small, large and complex projects that require high skill to work in multiple technical and knowledge environments and to ensure that the security aspect is covered.
13. Work on several projects as a project specialist.
14. Perform other duties as requested to meet the ongoing organizational needs.
-Specific Working Conditions:
Office based job
-Essential Education :
Bachelor’s degrees in Computer, IT, cybersecurity or related field.
-Required Certification/ Licensure:
• Specialized courses in information security, standards and techniques related to security of technological infrastructure.
• Specialized courses in networks (WAN, LAN…), communications, and protocols as CCNP and CCIE Security
-Essential Experience:
Based on the education and experience, the grade would vary in line with the HR law.
• Experience in the field of information technology, and in applying the security of operating systems and conducting various security tests.
• Experience in operating systems.
-Language Skills:
Advanced level of Arabic and English language
-Computer Skills:
Advanced level skills in Microsoft office applications
