The Spring Fair is an exciting community event that brings together local vendors, artisans, and families for a day of fun and celebration. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help create a memorable experience for all attendees. As a member of the Spring Fair team, you will play a vital role in organizing activities, assisting vendors, and ensuring the event runs smoothly.
Duties
Assist in the setup and breakdown of event booths and activities.
Engage with attendees to provide information about the fair and its offerings.
Support vendors by helping with their needs throughout the event.
Monitor activities to ensure safety and compliance with event guidelines.
Facilitate games, crafts, or other interactive experiences for children and families.
Collect feedback from attendees to help improve future events.
Collaborate with team members to address any issues that arise during the fair.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Previous experience in event planning or customer service is a plus but not required.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
A passion for community engagement and creating enjoyable experiences for others.
Flexibility to work various shifts during the event duration.
