What you need:
At least ten (10) years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in the sale of fire protection systems (including fire sprinklers and fire alarms), security solutions, or related industries. Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, competitive environment is essential.
Strong strategic planning, business development, and team leadership abilities.
Ability to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and develop high-performing teams.
Experience in CRM systems, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
What you will do:
Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration in fire protection (sprinklers, alarms) and integrated security solutions.
Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a team of regional sales managers and representatives, fostering a results-driven, customer-focused sales culture.
Business Development & Client Engagement: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in commercial, industrial, and residential markets, and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor movements to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
Sales Process Optimization: Implement and enforce best practices, sales processes, and CRM tools to enhance efficiency, improve forecasting, and drive accountability.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with marketing, operations, and field teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Financial Oversight & Performance Metrics: Develop and manage the sales budget and revenue forecasts, tracking performance against KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
