Job Description:
Lead the Identity, Access, and Application Security program to ensure secure access to applications and data for patients, clinicians, and staff. Report to the Chief Information Security Officer.
Responsibilities:
Set and execute IAM strategy for enterprise-wide services.
Manage teams for provisioning and deprovisioning access.
Plan and implement IAM technologies and automation.
Ensure regulatory compliance and audit system access.
Provide leadership and mentoring to the IAM team.
Drive IAM strategy, architecture, and delivery.
Optimize IAM tools like Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, and SSO.Innovate using industry insights and user feedback.
Manage vendors and third parties for security improvements.
Ensure IAM systems comply with regulations.
Resolve IAM security incidents.Lead global IAM team across multiple locations.
Required Skills:
Translate security concepts for business and technical leaders.Influence decision-making in large organizations.10-12 years of experience in IAM principles and engineering.
Knowledge of MFA architectures and IAM systems.Experience in budgeting and spend management.Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Project management and conflict resolution skills.Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.Up to 25% travel required.
Education:
Four-year degree in business/technical area preferred.CISSP or HCISPP certification preferred
