Overview:
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Security Operations will play a key role within the broader Enterprise Security function of a large, global organization. Working closely with other senior security leaders, this position will collaborate across departments to help shape and support various strategic and operational security initiatives. The role will be involved in developing and managing programs, reports, and responses related to emerging risks, intelligence, and broader security-related activities.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of tracking and compliance systems for relevant security programs.
Act as a key contributor in the continued development and oversight of the organization’s security framework.
Lead efforts to enhance intelligence and information-gathering capabilities.
Support the creation and distribution of training and awareness materials.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align communication and planning efforts.
Support the ongoing evolution of the organization’s global travel safety and awareness initiatives.
Help define and refine enterprise-wide security processes and best practices.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
Approximately 10 years of experience in the security field, with recent roles in leadership or management capacities.
Demonstrated experience in implementing practical and scalable security strategies across diverse operational environments.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance frameworks relevant to critical operations or infrastructure.
Experience working with intelligence tools and platforms to identify and manage emerging risks.
