Job Description
We are in search of highly competent individuals to fill the positions of All Source Intelligence Analyst / Police Analyst / Security Intelligence Analyst on our team. The chosen candidates, working remotely from within South Asia, will be tasked with providing critical and inclusive analysis within the defence and geopolitical spheres.
Key Requirements
l Professional Background & Experience: We’re seeking candidates with professional experience in fields like geopolitics, international relations, defence policies, or military affairs. Those with stints in government agencies, military units, or related defence and geopolitical think – tanks will have an edge.
l Interest & Research Experience: A keen interest in international relations, defence, and security policies, coupled with demonstrable research experience, is a must.
l Information – Gathering Skills: You should be proficient in gathering relevant information from multiple sources.
l Work Capabilities: Be self-starter who can work autonomously, yet also function effectively as part of a team.
l Writing & Research Abilities: Possess outstanding writing and research skills, and have a natural curiosity for delving into complex issues.
Main Duties
l You’ll be assigned 1 – 2 projects per week, and the workload can be adjusted according to your schedule. For each project, you are required to submit high – quality analytical reports on time. These reports should be based on in-depth research and accurate analysis, comprehensively covering defence and geopolitical issues related to the projects.
l Collaborate on revising analytical reports as needed. Based on team feedback, client requirements, or newly obtained information, refine the viewpoints and conclusions in the reports to ensure their accuracy and logical coherence. Additionally, be responsible for supplementing necessary supporting information, such as relevant data, case studies, and official document citations, to enhance the credibility and persuasiveness of the reports.
l Utilize data, official documents, and expert opinions to formulate practical policy suggestions for decision-makers.
l Gather pertinent information from a wide array of internal and external sources and conduct accurate and timely analysis.

Competitive Remuneration: Based on expert evaluations, the pay for each report ranges from $200-$400. The monthly salary ranges from $800 to $3000, which can be negotiated based on experience and position during the interview.
