Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Security Site Supervisor to oversee operations at Lane Regional Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervision and leadership. The Site Security Supervisor will be responsible for assuring that the Lane Regional Medical Center is fully staffed and assists with scheduling. The Security Site Supervisor may occasionally have to back fill positions.
The Security Site Supervisor for River City Security and Investigations will manage and coordinate the activities of all security staff at their assigned posts. They will execute all tasks related to maintaining standards in compliance with the standard operating procedures.
Duties will include:
-Report to the Regional Area Managers and the District Manager
– Supervise and manage a team of officers at the Lane Regional Medical Center
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
– Assist with the hiring of personnel
– Provide leadership, support, and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment
– Training new employees on their duties at each site and explaining company policies and procedures
– Managing paperwork as it relates to off-days, PTO, medical visits, vacation, court etc.
– Managing a schedule and filling open shifts whenever required
Requirements:
– Must have a High School Diploma or GED
– Must possess an up-to-date Armed License through the Louisiana State Board Of Private Security Examiners (LSBPSE)
– Provide proof of at least two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a hospital setting
– Prior military or law enforcement experience is preferred
– Must have excellent communication skills
– Must possess a valid state-issued drivers license and a clean motor vehicle driver report
– Must pass a background/ drug screening at point of hiring

Pay: $42,000 – $45,000 Salary
