Responsibilities
Provides support in a Department-level Front Office Strategy SME role.
Responsibilities include:
Develop Department’s strategic plan
Assist FOleadershipteam with strategy and planning
Consult onleadershipissues andchange management
Participate in meetings to help shape department’s direction
Assist in implementation of strategic plan including monitoring progress against goals and actions
Advise on organizational issues and propose solutions to mitigate them
Provide peer review on customer deliverables, templates and processes
Qualifications
Desire previous Strategy experience with Sponsor or previous experience as senior Sponsor leader
Experience with organizational strategy.
Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA;
Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA;
Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.

$146,000 – $234,000. This represents the typical
salary range
