Job Description
Security:
Management of Fire Command Centre (FCC)
Monitoring of CCTVs, including Lift Monitoring Panel & Carpark Management system
Control of ingress and egress of Hotel Management of Visitor Management System Incident Management (On-site)
Incident Management (Investigations)
Collating of Information for Investigation Purposes Submission of Security Incident Reports Conduct Security Patrols to provide Security presence
To conduct filing for Security documents
To render required assistance to guests, members of public & staff
To provide First-Aid for any injuries sustained in Hotel premises
Any instructions or tasks as assigned or directed by Safety & Security Manager Fire Safety:
Conduct fire safety walkabouts to detect fire hazards
Compile and collate a list of fire hazards for submission
Respond to emergency calls within 5 minutes of activation
Ensure all fire safety equipment are available
Ensure all fire safety equipment are tested and in good working condition
Ensure all fire exits are free from obstruction
To adhere to Fire Safety Manager instructions in compliance to Government Regulations#J-18808-Ljbffr
