Position Overview:
As a Security Guard at Security Prime Consultants, Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our property. The ideal candidate will conduct hourly patrols, demonstrate excellent decision-making skills, and report any suspicious activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hourly patrols of the property to ensure safety and security.
Monitor and assess situations, making quick and effective decisions during critical moments.
Report any and all suspicious activities in a detailed incident report.
Utilize an Android cell phone to operate monitoring app software for property surveillance.
Maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding security matters.
Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using an Android cell phone and monitoring app software.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional security certifications are a plus.
