The Role:
Supervises activities of the Surveillance department as subject to established company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
Enforces all surveillance policies and procedures; suggests new and improved methods, procedures, and technologies; plans, reviews, and authorizes scheduling of all surveillance personnel.
Instructs and trains surveillance personnel in detection of illegal activities.
Maintains awareness of possible cheaters, illegal gambling devices, and scams through contacts and liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
Qualifications:
Language Skills:Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, customers, and the public.
Mathematical Skills:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
