Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our students, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, preventing loss, and managing conflicts effectively.
Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access.
Qualifications
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
A valid driver’s license
