Job Description

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $20 – $26 per hour (Weekly Pay), commensurate with experience and performance
Travel Time:
Travel commute time is compensated at 85% of the regular hourly rate, after standard deductions
Mileage Reimbursement:
Door-to-door mileage reimbursement for all travel
Paid Administrative Time:
Compensation for report writing and administrative tasks
Paid Training:
Compensation for training sessions to ensure readiness

Responsibilities
Review assignments, determine case objectives, and develop action plans
Utilize surveillance equipment and technology
Perform surveillance, document footage, and record relevant information
Conduct indoor and outdoor surveillance, involving extended walking, standing, or sitting
Drive safely in varied weather and traffic conditions
Observe subjects discreetly and efficiently
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards
Prepare detailed reports with timestamps and evidence for legal purposes
Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Attend hearings and testify as needed
Requirements

Qualifications and Equipment
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Auto Insurance: $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury, $50,000 property damage
Reliable personal vehicle, tinted windows preferred
Equipment: HD camcorder, covert camera, smartphone, computer/laptop, approved video software, internet
Preferred Experience
High school diploma or associate’s degree in criminal justice or related field
Military background; insurance or investigations experience preferred
