Job Duties

Position assists Probation Officers in the supervision, surveillance, and investigation of an assigned caseload of adult supervisees. Investigates and verifies information on alleged violations. Assists in monitoring supervisees and assists in preparing reports and maintaining documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

Working knowledge of surveillance and investigative techniques. Demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Automated Databases. Demonstrated experience to collect pertinent information from a variety of sources, maintain logs, and document discussions with inmates, or probationers in a human service setting. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Working knowledge of an electronic, voice monitoring system &/or anytrax.

Additional Considerations

Experience working with case management computer applications. Demonstrated experience making referrals to community resources.
