Job Duties

Surveillance Officers assist Probation Officers in the supervision, surveillance, and investigation of an assigned caseload of adult probationers assigned to Drug Court Program. Investigate and verify information on alleged violations. Assist in monitoring supervisees and assist in preparing reports and maintaining required documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience collecting pertinent information from a variety of sources, maintain logs, and document discussions with inmates, or probationers in a human services setting. Basic knowledge of computers and computer software i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment using both verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Considerations

Experience working with case management computer applications. Demonstrated experience making referrals to community resources. Working knowledge of electronic, voice monitoring systems &/or anytrax.
