Are you ready for a new Adventure? Looking to expand your Investigative skills and knowledge? Our Surveillance Team is growing and we’re seeking an  Experienced Casino Surveillance Operator (Investigator) to join our Night shift team.

The Surveillance team is primarily responsible for observing and reporting day-to-day operations of the casino floor, monitoring of all gaming activity to ensure compliance with AGLC Casino Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines, internal policy, and house rules, as well as the Hotel, Chrome Showroom & Convention area spaces.

Additional job duties include, report writing, incident investigation and gaming investigations when required. The Surveillance Investigator will be required to monitor multiple radio channels, as well be required to monitor other alarm systems, and respond as required.

The Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications:

3+ years of Recent Previous Casino Surveillance Investigator, Casino Security or Casino Gaming Experience is required. Those with Recent Gaming (Canada or International) experience will get priority.

Candidates Must be located in the Calgary Alberta Area and be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident OR have an Open Work Permit to be considered.

Post-Secondary

education

in Criminology, Justice studies or suitable combination of

education

and experience an asset

Must have a Clear Calgary Police / RCMP Security Clearance – No Criminal Convictions or pending charges within the court system issued within the last 90 days.

AGLC Certificates including AML, Deal Us in Casino

Staff Training

(Phase 1 &

2), Pro Tect & Pro Serve will be required prior to start

Strong Computer proficiency in MS Office & Other windows-based programs is required.

Strong Communication skills

as candidates must be able to Communicate in English verbally and in writing.

Candidate must be able to multi-task and Excel in Time-Sensitive Situations,

Possess a high level of honesty and integrity

Adherence to high standards, methods, and procedures

Knowledge of AGLC Policies & Procedures, Surveillance Systems and Security Industry is required.

Candidate must be able to work in a large

team environment

.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to maintaining a safe environment and protecting assets through vigilant surveillance practices.

This position will be required to work Nights ) on a 2/2/3/2 rotating schedule. Due to our location candidates must have a reliable vehicle to get to work, as transit is not reliable to this area.
