Transcend Security is looking to hire a Transcend Security Operations Analysts. An extremely high-level of computer skills, customer service, oral and written communications skills and critical thinking is required.
An additional interview will be conducted by the Director of Operations along with the initial interview.

Job Summary:
The Transcend Security Operations Center (TSOC) Analyst is responsible for providing operational support to Security Professionals in the Field (to include Patrol Drivers), Operations Managers, the Director of Operations and Executive Staff. Provide continuous operational oversight using company systems through Tracktik, Geotab, Robotics and Security Camera Platforms. Monitor Security Personnel’s activities and report. Answer TSOC phone to provide support and answers to employees in the field. Responsible for Monitoring multiple client sites through our Camara monitoring station and providing written report of daily/nightly activity.
General Accountabilities:
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property.
Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
Reviewing camera footage and saving and organizing data.

Job Qualifications
Security Guard license from state. Company will provide the necessary training.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Effective oral and written communication skills

Interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task using monitors with 1 computer
