At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We’re growing our team here in **REPLACE WITH JOB CITY AND STATE**:
Compensation: $32.45
Shift: Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Qualified candidates will be required to complete 50 round Q-Course Firearms Qualification and a Physical Assessment Test.
Responsibilities
:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond t incidents and critical situations inn a calm, problem solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements
Prior tactical firearms experience and prior advanced training in emergency medicine preferred.
Miniumm 3 years federal, state, local law enforcement or military police experience.
Must possess advanced skills and professional experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion and through the utilization of de-escalation techniques.
Must possess the ability to function in stressful situations while exercising good judgement.
Demonstrate strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with the public while maintaining poise and self-control under stress.
Must possess, or be able to obtain, weapon training qualification certification for the type of weapon required at the post to which the applicant is being considered for placement.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
