Job Summary
As a Route Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a designated route, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
Duties
Supervise and support route security Officers in their daily activities
Monitor route performance and provide feedback for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment
Address any issues or concerns that arise during operations
Coordinate with dispatch to optimize route schedules
Experience
Previous experience in CCTV monitoring and surveillance
Possession of a valid First Aid and CPR certification
Background in loss prevention or conflict management is advantageous
Familiarity with militarized or law enforcement protocols is a plus
Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay: $36,000.00 per year
