We are seeking a well-experiencedTeam Leader – Securitywho will assist the Assistant Manager – Security in ensuring the smooth operations of the safety and security aspect of the entire hotel.
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader – Security is responsible to assist the Assistant Manager – Security in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection.
QualificationsIdeal candidate shall meet the following criteria:
Bachelors/College Degree, Protective Services & Management (Criminology) or equivalent
Specialized in Security / Armed Forces / Protective Operations
Certified Security Professional (CSP) passer is an advantage
Minimum 5 years’ work experience as Team Leader – Security or equivalent in a 5-star luxury property
Must have very good communication skills
