Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and versatile new graduate to join our team as aTechnical Systems Analyst. In this role, you will work across various domains, combining technical expertise with analytical skills to support the development and integration of cutting-edge software solutions, including Generative AI implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software development, system integration, and efficient vendor management while contributing to innovation and operational excellence.
This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in software engineering, data analysis, and system integration while gaining hands-on experience in emerging technologies like Generative AI and cloud resource management.
Requirements Summary
Strong foundational skills in programming, software engineering, and system integration.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES
The Technical System Analyst responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Software Engineering & Integration
Design, develop, and implement software solutions to meet organizational needs.
Write, review, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and secure code.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and maintainable software.
Collaborate on the integration of third-party software into the Adassa platform.
Assist with QA testing to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software systems.
Generative AI & Research
Research and implement Generative AI solutions to improve business processes and workflows.
Conduct workload estimation and technical research into GenAI and emerging technologies.
Analyze technical requirements to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights for system optimization.
Assist in reviewing technical proposals and recommending improvements.
Prepare technical documentation, including system manuals, user guides, and process flows.
