Responsibilities:
Monitor premises and personnel for safety and security
Control access points and verify identification
Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or alarms
Write clear and timely incident reports
Liaise with local authorities when necessary
Qualifications:
Prior law enforcement or military experience required
Retired status preferred
Valid security license (if required in your state)
Excellent observational and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours on short notice
