Position Overview:As a Cybersecurity Specialist focusing on Threat Management, you’ll collaborate with local and offshore teams to manage and respond to threats, protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company’s and customer’s information.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate and liaise with local and global counterparts on Information Security activities.
Execute the security incident response process.
Strengthen security incident response and recovery capabilities.
Lead security infrastructure projects.
Manage Data Loss Prevention and security change requests.
Ensure compliance with Global Security programs.

Eligibility:
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on Information Security experience.
Basic level English and Business level Japanese.
Ability to prepare accurate reports and provide clear presentations.
Willingness to learn new IT technologies and Information Security trends.
Preferred Requirements:
Familiarity with industry standards (NIST CSF, PCI DSS).
Experience or interest in the financial industry, particularly life insurance.
CISSP or similar certification is a plus.
