Role Overview:
Treston Security Services is actively seeking dedicated Unarmed Security. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive environment and offering an exceptional customer service experience. Their role includes observing and reporting activities and incidents at the designated client site, safeguarding client property and personnel, and conducting periodic rounds to inspect anomalies.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and report any unusual activities or incidents at the client’s location, ensuring the safety and security of client assets and staff.
Conduct routine patrols to inspect security measures, fire control equipment, and check for any irregularities.
Maintain order, enforcing regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the premises.
Control access to client sites or facilities, overseeing the admittance process.
Patrol the assigned location on foot or by vehicle, checking for safety hazards, unlocked doors, security breaches, blocked pathways, mechanical issues, and unauthorized individuals.
Preserve evidence or the scene in cases of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
Respond promptly to various incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, bomb threats, flooding, and other emergencies.
Diligently prepare and maintain logs, reports, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Tennesess Security License.
Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
Reliable means of communication (e.g., phone) and transportation.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to undergo the company’s pre-employment screening, including drug tests and background checks.
Knowledge or the capability to learn security operations and procedures.
Ability to follow instructions—written, oral, or diagrammatic.
Effective team collaboration and courteous demeanor.
Professionalism during unusual circumstances and adaptability to external or organizational changes.
Competency in writing routine documentation, logs, and reports.
Strong organizational skills.
