Location: NAS Whidbey Island, WA

Security Clearance Requirement: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

As the Training Systems Expert – SIGINT Maintenance (CTM), you will support the development and delivery of training services for Whidbey Island Watch floor (WIWF) Systems setup, configuration, and maintenance in support of Distributed SIGINT Operations (DSO). This position is based in Whidbey Island, WA, and is not eligible for telework.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver curriculum and courseware for watch floor maintainers supporting WIWF operations.

Identify and analyze training gaps in Navy cryptologic systems, emphasizing WIWF and DSO support for the Triton program.

Coordinate with engineers and SMEs to gather technical documentation and develop training materials.

Conduct classroom instruction on WIWF system setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Assist in developing and instructing courses such as the SIGINT Coordinator Course, CTT, and CTR.

Create training materials for fleet instructors and users, maintaining current technical documentation.

Support hardware and software upgrades and transition training for maintenance personnel.

Research and update procedures for WIWF systems, hardware, software, and networks.

Recommend solutions for training gaps.

Minimum Requirements

At least 5 years of related cryptologic system maintenance experience.

Experience as a Cryptologic Maintenance SME supporting fleet cryptologic systems, including watch floor systems and networks.

Qualified as a cryptologic system installation and maintenance lead in a Fleet Electronic Support organization, with SEC+ and Cloud+ certifications.

Operational experience with Classic Reach architecture and supporting networks.

Desired:
Military Cryptologic System Maintenance program graduates, prior VQ RQL and Cryptologic System Maintenance experience, familiarity with specific tools and systems (e.g., App Loader, ARC, MPTOD, JSP, DRT, RF3, Minotaur, REPS/REGS, Merlin), and experience in training material development.

Other Requirements

Salary Range

$105,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
